Fit Friday

Good afternoon friends!
How is your Friday going?

It has been a productive day so far, getting everything set up from moving. Finally, it is all almost done. Running some errands, and doing laundry.

Despite getting to bed a little later than usual, I was still up and ready at 6 this morning. I got on some workout clothes and completed Zuzana’s newest workout. It was a doozy.

A little while later, I prepped myself breakfast. Trying to switch things up just a tad. I had a simple bowl of raw oats, coated in almond milk and a mixture of peanut flour and almond butter mixed throughout the bowl. I then topped it with some fresh blueberries I bought at the market.

Earlier this week, I was inspired by some bodyrock and ZWOW workouts and came up with a combo of the two that would help me get in a killer workout fast. Get ready for a challenging HIIT workout.

Changing exercises every 30 reps made the workout fly by, even though I was super sweaty by the time this was over. This was completed while watching the new episode of The Big Bang Theory. Love that show.

*reptile push-up
*180 jump squat
*pike press burpee

I just want to thank you on your comments from yesterday’s post, sometimes it takes outside perspective to realize that your eating habits are still a bit skewed.

  1. That workout looks great!! I’ve been loving 180 jump squats :) . My gym has tv attached to their cardio machines so sometimes I watch shows while I’m on them. Doing that can definitely help make the time fly by! Hope your Friday evening is great!! <3

    • I love them too! That is so cool! I have never seen TV’s attached to machines, how neat. Wish my gym had that.

  3. Excellent workout, some of those moves are my favorites! I usually read when I am working out on the elliptical or bike, but if a good show is on, I totes watch it!

    I do like watching tv when I work out. Sometimes I watch tv eps on my iPhone at the gym.

    My weekend has been pretty boring, as usual! I’m a homebody for sure :-)

    • Haha my weekend was pretty lame too. School just finished, so most of my friends are on vacation right now. Not fun for me!
