Holla party people! Yesterday was a doozy of a day, now onto the next one.
Hope your week is going absolutely fab so far! Welcome to another what I ate Wednesday.
After spin class, I returned to my usual breakfast fare.
8 -Breakfast: Oat bran with egg whites, hemp seeds, banana, and I tossed in some almond butter after the picture. Obsessed with oat bran.
[Insert trip to Starbucks here, where a man spilt his hot chocolate, I offered to clean it up and then he told me I have a weird accent? Why thank you, sir.]
At some point during the day, lunch was consumed.
Lunch: 2 slices ezekiel bread with an egg and spinach on one half, and goat cheese and strawberry jam on the other. So good together!
I experienced a little trouble with this, 2 pieces of extremely burnt toast, and 1 egg explosion later, I finally got it right.
*******
Before going out again, this chick needed a little snack.
3 – Snack: 2% greek yogurt, mixed with some coconut and peanut flour. Delish. With a side of apple slices.
Dinner ended up being a delicious, but very ugly concoction.
6 – Dinner: coconut oil/almond flour coated turkey meatballs, baked broccoli slaw and asparagus, coated in marinara sauce with a little nutritional yeast.
I had to try out another cool combo of the almond butter hot milk, but this time I added coconut butter. Insane in the membrane. Just divine. Drank up this guy while watching the season finale of New Girl! So sad, I actually cried at the end, I hope that’s not too embarrassing.
Now it’s time for a night snack, which will probably be some sort of protein muffin mish mash, and I’m sure you know what that looks like by now.
That’s all for now.
Enjoy the day beauties!!
What’s the best thing you ate today?
xox,
Lisa

Goat cheese is good with anything, I swear! And what the heck, some people are so weird haha
It totally is! I’ve seen people make goat cheese truffles with chocolate and that even looks pretty darn good to me!
Yum to that breakfast and to your yogurt/coconut and peanut flour gloop! Your eats always make me hungry haha
Hope the rest of your day rocks!
Hehe, I like the word gloop! I can never describe what texture it is. Not quite pudding because its thicker, so gloop is good haha. Hope your day is great too!

Your lunch looks FAB, lady! I love pairing goat cheese with something sweet. Have you ever tried a goat cheese and jam omelet? SO good! And oh my gosh, almond butter milk? I need to try this. I’ll probably do a peanut butter variation first…Imagine how amazing it would taste with chocolate too!
