Hope you’re all enjoying the last day before the weekend officially starts! I know I am!

1. This is a jar I consume far too much of. In 2 weeks, I’ve managed to take this jar down. It doesn’t stand a chance in my fridge, I’ve got to keep my addiction in check. It gets expensive!
2. Eating a different breakfast this week was a little confusing on my brain. It was delicious though. Plus, it’s probably good to switch it up. I fall victim to major food ruts and we all know how well that went before.
{ Breakfast cookie. Changed the recipe a little; with 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon sun warrior warrior blend (LOVE this), 1 banana, 1 tablespoons coconut flour, frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1/4 cup almond milk, stevia drops }
3. More Starbucks is needed to make this day productive…what else is new? I honestly had the worst nightmares I’ve ever had in my life last night. I’m kind of scared to go to sleep again tonight.
4. I saw this quote on the wall at my acupuncture office and just had to take a picture. I love quotes. Does that make me cheesy?
5. Recently, I’ve been kind of obsessed with red lipstick. I’ve always been iffy about trying out red lips because I thought it would be a way too harsh look on my pale complexion.
Keep in mind I don’t wear it during the day time, just nights out. (Which is why this picture is so dark) I can’t tell if I should love or hate it? Thoughts? Don’t judge my selfie.
You can be honest, I won’t be offended…that much.
6. I dump cinnamon on just about everything. Does anyone else have an obsession with this spice? It’s seriously unreal how fast I go through these giant containers of cinnamon. It’s kind of weird, but I think I like it in just about anything.
7. Sriracha is hot stuff right now (punny?) they’ve even thought of the most wonderful idea ever and put it in chocolate. Um, call me crazy but this doesn’t sound good. This is a spice I’m not a fan of. It seems like a major foodie trend this year, but it’s just not for me.

9. I’m planning on doing this workout my Fitfluential friend Janetha posted about Wednesday, but am slightly scared after she described how she felt after it. Oy, I’ll let you know how it goes, that is if I can type after.
10. Who’s going to the Blend Retreat? I reallyyyy want to go, but am still unsure because I have a major, major travelling fear. Like major, I panic just thinking about it. And I had a panic attack while travelling to HLS last year, so it still has yet to go away. Hm.

Definitely, go through any kind of nutbutter way too fast and I actually have that exact same cinnamon. I love the red lipstick…it looks great with your blue eyes. Happy weekend!

While I would like to think that I would eat chocolate in any form, I’d be a little iffy to try a sriracha version. That sounds a little too odd for my taste!
You do pull off the red lipstick well! That’s one of those trends that I would want to try, but I’m always afraid to try to pull off a bold lip. For one thing, I’ve also got the paleness going on, and because I tend to wear a lot of dark eyeliner and don’t want to appear over the top.
I haven’t made plans to go to Blend, but that’s because I’m really hoping to go to HLS this year and student budget means I definitely can’t afford both.
I know, I wonder who’s going to be buying this sriracha chocolate! So odd.

I’m trying to decide between blend and HLS! Killing me hah.
I have a major almond butter and peanut butter problem. I literally eat 6-7 tablespoons per night.

Willpower is something I’ve yet to grasp (obviously).
Anyway, curious about that Blend. Was going to try to find “PlantFusion ” because I hear good things…but I can’t seem to order off iherb (?). Vitacost I HOPE works and is cheap? I realaly need cheap option for canada!
Also, what kind of camera do you use Lisa? And what would you recommend for a VERY beginner blogger who wants to spend very very minimal money. Think cheap and easy to find (i.e. wal-mart , ha).

the ingredients also list phenylalanine…is that okay you think? I’m freaked out i chose the wrong one!! Yipes. The otehr protein powders were just so much more expensive….even though they offered more in the container (so really maybe the same cost) i was worreid about buying a big bag or tub of something if i actually didn’t like it
Hey Jill! I hear very great things about that protein powder, I haven’t tried it for myself but it seems like a good choice! I think that’s totally fine to consume in moderation of course.
It can definitely be risky to order online and then not like the product, so it’s probably better to try a little bag before ordering more. I think those ingredients are pretty common in protein powders so it’s definitely okay to consume. Probably just not multiple times per day.
Salt is completely fine as long as you aren’t adding it to all your foo,d and I believe xylitol is a much more healthier sugar. I’d say those stats are pretty decent!
As for the camera I use I have 2 different ones. I use a sony exmor DSC-TX5 model (it’s digital) and also just got a more professional camera the canon EOS T3 rebel. Which I haven’t used too much but I really like both of them! Otherwise I just use my iphone camera!
What do you know, we are twins once again! I dump cinnamon on EVERYTHING, like pounds of it haha and I’m obsessed with Almond butter at the moment!!

It’s not so much of a travelling fear, but I have OCD and a lot of it has to do with plane stuff. Haha, it’s weird!
That red lipstick looks gorgeous on you! I had the same reservations with red lips myself, but I actually really liked how it turned out on me as well. You should definitely wear it more often
And omigosh cinnamon… I’m absolutely crazy for the stuff. Sometimes I swear I make my meal choices based solely on what I can put cinnamon onto. No shame! And I really, REALLY want to go to Blend.. but I’m still trying to figure out whether I can fit it into my schedule.

As much as I love spicy food, I don’t think I would like that chocolate, it just doesn’t sound right… I can totally polish off nut butter jars in a short stretch of time. Good for OIAJ, bad for the wallet. I am usually very skeptical about bright red lipstick, but with your complexion you can totally pull it off! Embrace it!
I can’t even believe they sell something like that, I can’t imagine who would buy it. But, maybe some people are just more adventurous than me;)

These are great! Your posts yesterday and today are so fun, but definitely motivating and great too! I’m with you on sriracha. Its wayyy to hot for me, but like you, I make up for it by pouring cinnamon into EVERYTHING. Including tea, coffee, water, oats, any baked good, and (almost) all roasted things. Its a pretty healthy obsession though! And DO NOT worry anymore about that email! Seriously! Get to it whenever you get to it, or not at all! xoxo

Almond butter is amazing. I could absolutely pair it with every meal. Instead, though, I have to remind myself that that might be a bit excessive and definitely very expensive!! :/

I am also obsessed with cinnamon. I always add it to my peanut butter or almond butter toast. It gives it that little something extra that I am craving.
Oh I could totally eat it at every meal. It even goes well with savory food which is just awesome.
Girl you are working the red lipstick! It actually is way better with pale skin. I always rocked the bronzer look when I was younger so I couldn’t pull it off, but now that I’m showing off my Irish fairness I love it!

That red lipstick looks wonderful! However, I think it would look much better if you toned down your eyes a bit. You have beautiful blue eyes that really stand out, try to soften them a bit instead of overloading your face with too much makeup!

I’m definitely addicted to cinnamon. I get the huge buckets of cheap stuff at the local grocery store because I go through the expensive stuff too fast for my budget! Also, I need as much money as possible for coffee.
