Things I Know For Sure

I’m on Day Five of waking up before 5 AM. Neat? At least this gives me lots of time in the morning to be productive. Nnothing a good breakfast with a side of caffeine can’t fix. I hate to say I rely on caffeine to stay awake these days, but sometimes it just does.

There are many truths I’ve come across in life. So many so that I can’t share them all in one post. With the new year in full swing comes time for change; to grow wiser, stronger, more intelligent, and get more done.

I’ve compiled a fun list of 15 things I know for sure to be true. Things I’ve recently discovered and things I’ve learnt in the past.

    • Aw thanks girl! Haha, I carry a notebook around all the time in case I get any ideas! Or if I just hear a little sentence on the radio that I can base a post around! It’s weird, but I guess it works;) Aw I love that!

  6. Number 1 is SO true. I intentionally wake up a little extra early so that I have time to eat breakfast slowly while catching up on the blogs. It is always a great way to start my day :) .

I really need to keep number 13 in mind more often. This is something that I know is true, but it is difficult for me to fully admit and accept. I’m working on it!

And Amen to number 14!!! I wish more people would realize that this is true. My favorite crab?? Probably anything to do with bread!! Oh, and fruit!

  14. the judgment free is a great message!

  15. Love, love, love! All of these are so true, and I’ve been finding #2 to be especially applicable in my life lately. It never fails to amaze me how fast my mood can go downhill when I’m not eating properly, but at least it’s nothing that a few cookies or squares of chocolate can’t fix :D

    • It’s honestly unreal how skipping a meal affects my mood haha. Kind of sad, but it just gets me into the mindset of those horrid ED days that I guess it affects me more! True to that fact!

However eating a leisurely breakfast is definitely a nice trade off. Mine is usually rushed like crazy. I totally agree with you on the fact that baking relieves stress. I am a big fan of baking.
