  1. I know how you feel about the whole ED thing. Mine started when I was 16 and I’m 24 now. My lowest point was probably 2.5 yrs ago but it’s a struggle every day to deal with. It never really goes away. You just have to try and listen to your body and do what feels best for you. I hope you have a great day <3

    • Yah, It is really hard to listen to your body after years of restriction and denial, but I know I’ll eventually figure it out! It’s hard because I feel like everytime I make strides it still keeps coming up! It’s a hard thing to “get over” because I kind of feel like it will always be with me. Have a great day too hun!

  3. Thank you for the mention here Lisa! Once you start identifying what you need to do for yourself and being honest as well.. that is when the changes can be made. I am going to pin this workout so I can do it at a future date when I am feeling great again too!

  4. Be sure to let yourself rest beautiful! I know guilt of all sorts, but also know how good it feels when I listen to my body and rest when I need to. I think of it as showing my body some love.

    • Thanks! You are so right, I always feel so much better after I’ve taken care of my body and really let it rest and recuperate when it needs to!
