Coconut Pumpkin Protein Pudding
Coconut Protein Pudding was on the menu.
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons peanut flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- a dash of almond milk (if needed)
Mix everything together and make sure to chill in the fridge or freezer for a few hours to get the best results.
