100 Workout

You can complete this workout in any way you’d like. Break it up into 4 sets of 25 reps each exercise, or 5 sets of 20 reps each exercise, etc. Whichever way you will complete it!

Here are some examples of the exercises you may not be familiar with:
Elbow to Knee in Plank
Hollow Rocks
Reverse Push-Ups or you can even do Bridge Push-Ups

  10. I’m loving all things coconut right now too! I’ve been eating a microwave coconut flour “cake” every day for the past two weeks, and have yet to grow tired of it! Maybe I’ll try mixing things up this week with your coconut pudding. :)

    LOVE the dress! You’re absolutely stunning! (I rocked ghost legs in my Easter dress today too!). And my goodness, your workout looks tough! I bet you were sore the next day!

    thanks for the 100 workout! i pinned it. i love that it has moves i’ve never even heard of. i adore learning new workout moves! the hollow rock looks so cool. the bridge pushup too – i’ve done that in the form of wheel in yoga, holding the pose, but doing it repeatedly like a pushup is gonna be HARD.

    • Yah that hollow rocks are definitely different from my usual ab moves, so I thought I’d switch it up! Yah, it was definitely intense! But felt really good after :) Enjoy your monday!
