Buckwheat Quinoa Flatbread
- 3 tablespoons quinoa flour
- 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- about 1/2 – 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt your coconut oil (or whichever oil you choose to use – you could also use a spray oil if you wish)
Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour batter onto the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side. Top with whatever you’d like.
And serve! I always top this with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
