If you asked me if I could have any super power; I’d totally go with mind reading. I’m a little bit of a nosy person and I like to know what people think about, what people eat, what they do (hence, the blog); therefore, I thought I’d give you a little insight into things I wonder about.
wondering…what fad diet will be the trendy thing, when the high protein trend ends.
wondering…why people shorten words like blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers, and Breakfast (pet peeve alert).
wondering…how I can make my Americanos taste as good as Starbucks.
wondering…why I had so many food issues, yet my Sister doesn’t have any.
wondering…why people judge my diet, but don’t care about their own.
wondering…how some people don’t eat Breakfast in the morning.
wondering…how I ever allowed myself to get to such a bad place as I was in the past.
wondering…why I love most of the food I absolutely despised as a child.
wondering…why people still think there’s a magic pill for weightloss and living a healthy lifestyle.
wondering…why I wasted so many years worrying about calories and the size of my thighs, when life if so short.
wondering…why it’s easier to listen to what our minds tell us, instead of listening to what our bodies are asking for.
wondering…how people develop disordered eating in the first place.
wondering…what exactly makes a food a “superfood” (random, but I saw an article on that today).
wondering…why it’s so easy to judge others, yet hard to receive criticism.
These are just a snippet of a few of the insane amount of thoughts I get daily…perhaps I think too much.
Do you consider any foods to be “superfoods”, what makes them so super?
What do you think the next diet trend will be? It always seems that when one ends, a new one begins.
Have your tastebuds changed a lot as you’ve gotten older? Gosh knows mine have!
